Join us for the MSCI/IPF UK Q1 2024 Quarterly Briefing where Ed White, Executive Director, EMEA Real Assets Client Coverage at MSCI, will present the latest Property Index results focussing on which sectors are beginning to show signs of recovery and placing this in the context of previous cycles. We will also be identifying if we are starting to see increasing levels of refurbishment and development come through in assets and portfolios and how this may be impacting performance.

 

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion where we will be joined by James Roberts Director of Insights at Avison Young, and Hattie Freer-Smith, Assistant Fund Manager, Aviva Investors,  who will provide a view on the current economic climate and which sectors will demonstrate performance in the future and which may remain more challenged.
