Overview
We find ourselves three-quarters into a year which has thus far proven to be one of the slowest in a decade for transaction volumes within the Australian market. But has there been any improvement? Has the impasse between buyers and sellers eased sufficiently to get deals done? Cross-border capital has been largely absent, but has there been a recent resurgence in investment activity? Notably, the Australian property sector has demonstrated comparatively resilient performance compared to its global counterparts, avoiding the substantial write-downs witnessed in other markets; has this continued?

Join Benjamin Martin-Henry and David Green-Morgan on November 2, 2023, for answers to these questions and more as we review the year to date and unpick the key trends across Australia.
