Beth Byington is the Global Head of Corporate ESG and Climate Solutions at MSCI where she leads the firm’s commercial strategy to develop ESG and Climate product offerings for Corporates and Corporate Advisors.
Prior to her current role, Beth spent thirteen years in MSCI’s Client Coverage Organization, most recently as a Senior Account Manager where she was responsible for global relationship management with some of MSCI’s largest clients. In this capacity Beth drove commercial growth across all MSCI’s Product Lines (Index, ESG and Climate, Analytics, and Private Assets) and interfaced with senior decision-markets to position MSCI as a preferred partner. In earlier years Beth held several leadership roles within the Index Client Coverage division, including Head of Index Licensing for Financial Intermediaries, Hedge Funds, and Third-Party Distribution partners. In these positions she was responsible for driving new business and developing new commercial initiatives. Beth is also actively involved with MSCI’s Women’s Leadership Forum, for which she serves on the global steering committee.
Before MSCI Beth worked at Lehman Brothers on the Equity Research Sales desk supporting Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. Beth started her career in the Information Technology sector as a Management Consultant at IBM and later at Deutsche Bank.
Beth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Shivani started her career at Goldman Sachs and has subsequently held various positions within Equity Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Shivani has executed monetization events for portfolio companies backed by the leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms – helping raise over $80 billion in capital across 150+ active bookrun equity transactions.

Suley Saleem is a Director in Bank of America’s Sustainable Banking Solutions Group in New York where he co-leads a team of seven bankers focused on strategic advisory, M&A, and Equity Capital Markets, all done through the lens of sustainability. Suley’s and his team advise companies across a variety of sectors, with a core focus on circular economy, water, and food production themes.
Suley joined BofA in mid-2022 from the buyside where he was the Industrials and Basic Materials public equities sector head at Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s $50 billion flagship sustainable investing unit, Calvert Research and Management. Suley’s work at Calvert focused on uncovering sustainable investable opportunities in difficult-to-abate sectors such as chemicals, packaging, metals/mining, and construction materials for all the firm’s active portfolios, as well as serving as the lead research analyst for the firm’s thematic Energy Solutions and Water Strategies. Suley has worked closely with Ceres, SASB, and the International Council of Metals and Mining as an investor liaison and standards consultant. Prior to joining Calvert in 2019, Suley was a sell-side equity analyst covering chemicals and packaging for 7+ years. Suley began his career in agricultural commodities research at Louis Dreyfus.
