Elizabeth joined MSCI�s real estate division in January of 2014 as a client consultant focused on relationships in the Midwest and on the East Coast. In this role, Elizabeth manages and develops relationships with clients to ensure they receive valuable, tailored services supporting all facets of client organization while maximizing the value the clients.

Elizabeth has thirteen years of experience with institutional investors and investments as client and manager research analyst at Marquette Associates, an independent investment consulting firm founded in 1986 with over 260 clients and $117 billion in assets under advisement based in Chicago, IL.

At the firm, Elizabeth was a member of the firm�s investment committee, the alternative investment committee, and served on Prudential�s PRISA III Real Estate and IFM�s Infrastructure Fund advisory councils. Elizabeth holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance with an English minor from Georgetown University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. She is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University.

She is member of Women in Real Estate (Chicago).

Greg MacKinnon is the Director of Research for the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), a non-profit trade association for the global institutional real estate industry, a position he has held since 2009. His role includes providing information, research, and thought leadership on real estate investment issues. Prior to joining PREA, Greg was professor of finance at Saint Mary�s University in Halifax, Canada. His research on real estate investment has been published in the top academic journals, he writes extensively in industry publications, frequently speaks at industry events, and has been widely quoted in the media.

Greg is a Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute, serves on the Board of the Real Estate Research Institute, is co-editor of the bi-annual special real estate issue of The Journal of Portfolio Management, and was previously co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management. He is a past Board member of the Atlantic Canada CFA Society.

Greg holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Alberta and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
