Join MSCI and IPF on February 8 in London for an in-person event reviewing the results of the Q4 2023 MSCI UK Quarterly Property Index. Amanda Newton, Executive Director at MSCI will provide an overview of the performance across market segments and will analyse the characteristics of the top performing funds in 2023.
This will be followed by a presentation on the successes of 2023 and opportunities in 2024 by Dominic Smith, Head of Research, CBRE Investment Management. Amanda and Dominic will then be joined by Tom Sharman, Head of Research and Strategy for Real Estate Finance, NatWest for a panel discussion on their views on the current property market landscape and what to expect in 2024 which will be chaired by Alison Puhar, Head of Portfolio Management, Fidelity International.
